My experiences with Growjoy have been excellent. The plants arrive in great shape and the packaging is the best I've seen. There have been some delays in shipping that were explained in a video that the company sent to me, describing issues that arose in their Alabama facility. The video was much appreciated. I have already ordered my spring plants and am confident they'll arrive as healthy as the ones I've received in the past.

This past summer I ordered plants from Bonnie Plants, Burpee and GrowJoy. The plants I got from GrowJoy were by far the best. I love this company! They package the plants very nicely and most of time the plants are in excellent condition. If they aren't or they happen not to make it, GrowJoy always makes good on it. They either replace the item or give you credit. I've been ordering from them for several years and have always been pleased.
