UPDATED - Echoing the majority of reviews here - do not shop at Growjoy - do not spend your plant money with them. They are very good at taking orders - monitoring let alone filling those orders - not at all. They promise shipment within 2-4 days of ordering - they are unable to respond to queries in that amount of time. On the other hand I get an email from them everyday with some new “special deal”. Here’s a thought - fulfill all your existing orders before taking/soliciting new ones. Seriously someone in “upper management” needs to step in and get back to basics, ie customer satisfaction. How whomever runs this business can ignore this plethora of negative reviews is incomprehensible - unless of course that’s the point/goal. Bottom line - go somewhere else for your plants - you’ll be happy you did. Order # 500758 UPDATE - The good news - my six Gaillardias arrived. The bad news - they are in horrid condition. If any of these survive I’ll be shocked. Unfortunately I can not post pictures.

Placed order 5/3/21 Received the astilbe, actually a healthy plant. Was to receive my hardy Hibiscus the week of May 31, called the first of June and recording said all customer service personnel has been pulled to fill orders, then sent an email requesting shipping date, heard nothing. Waited a few days and emailed again with no response. Just called today, June 24 the the toll free number has been disconnected, again sent email, awaiting response in meantime have contacted my credit card company also.

I lost two Brussel sprouts I lost 2 bush cucumber plants  I lost the blue lake bean plant I lost top crop bush bean plant  I lost black beauty squash plant  Total of 7 plants which I tried to save but they were two damaged I attach a photo of the packing slip Joseph collora

Ordered plants in April 2021. Here it is June 23, no plants...no info. Can't call them...no phone number works.

Have been ordering from this company for a few years and was satisfied. This year ordered over $150.00 worth of plants. Was promised delivery early may,then pushed to end of June since a third of growing season over I called to cancel on June 1.still no refund.I will be contacting the BBB. Stop sending emails for new sales on a daily basis and answer your customers calls and emails. Disconnected phone!! Shameful

I ordered multiple plants last fall and winter to get a head start in eager anticipation of spring. Plants were said to be shipping in April and May. Nothing came and no response from the company so I wrote again in early June asking to cancel my orders. No response and then two weeks later a sad collection of half dead and missing plants arrived, with a note saying I would be credited for the plants they were unable to send. I have received no credit thus far for the plants they canceled, nor for the ones I documented with photos as dead and unacceptable. I have since written several more times and called with no response. I paid months and months ago in full. This is unacceptable and a terrible experience. Much cheaper and better plants are available locally- what a mistake! Avoid. I appreciate that the seller responded but he claims he sent me an email- I have not yet received an email or any response or credit for the hundreds of dollars spent

Okay for a few years...Tomatoes were the best. the other plants you can get at big box for same if not better quality and less $$ This year a Disaster..cannot get them to answer emails or phone and plants came dead. horrible quality except for a few plants...STAY AWAY

I have been waiting a month for my order to ship, I have reached out 2-3 times and get nothing back. In about 1 more week I will be reporting this as fraudulent and contacting the BBB. Please save yourself the time, hassle, and money, and give someone else your business.
