Growin does not honor their end of the contract. Any attempt to obtain a refund is denied, even when the request is generated within the 60 day contract period. Total scam and advise anyone to avoid doing business with this company.

Growin Estate is a fraud company that does not provide quality leads. They steal your money but never provide leads. If they do offer leads, they are garbage leads. They send the same leads to all realtors. This is a big scam. They charged me $3500 and promised to provide a minimum of 100 leads, but they only sent 15 garbage leads. Don't waste your hard-earned money. Harcharan Parhar Insta Realty Calgary Alberta Canada

I regret signing up with Growin Estate. They promised high-quality, vetted leads, but the reality was far from it. I paid $599 USD for their “Standard” package, expecting 4-5 qualified leads per month in my target area, plus “live call transfers.” Instead, I received 10 leads over five months, none of which were serious buyers or sellers. Many leads didn’t match my area, and most were unresponsive. When I asked for a refund, as promised in their “money-back guarantee,” I was given endless excuses. They kept stalling, offering more useless leads instead of honoring my refund. Eventually, they claimed my refund request was void because I had spoken to one of the leads, even though that lead wasn’t viable. Their customer service is all smoke and mirrors, with fake-sounding departments like “Compliance” designed to delay and deny refunds. On top of that, their Trustpilot reviews seem heavily manipulated. Read the 1-star reviews—they’re far closer to the truth than the glowing 5-star ones. Look for my Medium.com article for the full story with screenshots. If you’re a realtor looking for legitimate leads, stay far away from Growin Estate. They overpromise, underdeliver, and make getting your money back nearly impossible. Save yourself the frustration and find a company with a pay-per-referral model instead.

I signed up a few months ago with Growin after receiving a text pitching their lead generation system then speaking with a rep from outside of North America. The few leads they sent me were unqualified. They had mentioned they were new to my market in Canada, so perhaps it's understandable that not many leads were provided. When I called to get my refund within the designated period, they gave me an extension and a new client that had unrealistic price expectations. A month later I called to cancel and get my refund. It took some back and forth, but the reps were very polite on the phone and they fully refunded me when they said they would. Despite what other reviews say, their agreement to refund my money was honoured, and I appreciate that.

I received leads for 6 months from Growin Estate & some leads were decent, but I overall decided to get my money back after 60 days which they granted me. I appreciate that. The people were kind to work with.

I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with Growin Estate, a company that advertised itself as a lead referral service for real estate professionals. I hope this review helps others avoid the frustrations and financial loss I endured. It all began with an unsolicited text message offering qualified lead referrals for as little as a 20% referral fee, payable only upon closing. Intrigued, I agreed to learn more and scheduled a call. This first interaction was with a representative named Tom, whose strong overseas accent initially gave me pause. However, I decided to remain open-minded and hear him out. The call began oddly, with Tom directing me to watch two testimonial videos before proceeding. He then presented various packages, including one that required a $500 startup fee. Having prior experience with lead services that failed to deliver, I was cautious and asked numerous questions to determine the value of their offering. Tom assured me that: The phone numbers used for outreach were verified and would not appear as "spam" or "scam likely" on caller IDs. The leads would be fully qualified and ready to have meaningful conversations with an agent. My website and profile would be SEO-optimized to rank in top search results for selected zip codes. My listings would be strategically marketed, supported by custom digital ads designed to attract high-quality leads. Tom emphasized a 60-day, risk-free, full money-back guarantee, which ultimately convinced me to proceed. Unfortunately, this was the start of a disappointing journey. Broken Promises and Misleading Practices Immediately after payment, I noticed inconsistencies. When I asked Tom if he worked out of the company’s home office in New York, he said yes. Yet, my next call was with a "success manager" who also claimed to work out of New York, despite having a similarly heavy accent and providing no evidence of being locally based. For three weeks, there was no communication—no emails, updates, or leads. I reached out, asking for proof of progress on the promises made: SEO optimization, listing advertisements, and lead generation. I received excuses about the "slow time of year" and was told that SEO services were not included in my package, despite being promised otherwise. The sample ads they provided were generic and lacked any semblance of customization or professionalism. A Fake “Qualified Lead” When I finally received my first "qualified lead," it was far from what was promised. I was cold-called by another representative, who hastily transferred me to a supposed seller. When I introduced myself, the individual on the other end was confused and said he was looking to rent out his property, not sell it. He revealed that he’d answered a spam call as a joke. This was neither a qualified lead nor a legitimate conversation-ready prospect. The Battle for My Refund When I attempted to exercise the 60-day money-back guarantee, I was met with resistance. During a lengthy retention call, they denied my request, claiming I hadn’t given them enough time and that producing one lead—even an unqualified one—fulfilled their obligation. They admitted to inaccuracies in their original promises but refused to take accountability. Despite being told twice that my refund was “processed and would take 3-5 days,” nearly three weeks have passed with no resolution. Conclusion Growin Estate’s practices were misleading at best and deceptive at worst. Their promises of professionalism, qualified leads, and effective marketing were hollow, and their customer service was unhelpful and combative. I hope this review serves as a warning to others. Trust your instincts, and do thorough research before engaging with any lead referral service. I have learned a costly lesson, but I am sharing my story in the hope of preventing others from making the same mistake.

Despite my phone number being on the National Do Not Call Registry, I received multiple unsolicited and deceptive text messages from Growin Estate LLC promoting their real estate lead generation services. These messages were not only unwelcome but also misleading—promising “verified leads actively looking to buy or sell,” which turned out to be false. Further research revealed that Growin operates without proper licensing for the services they advertise, which is both unethical and illegal. It's also suspicious how many glowing 5-star reviews this company has on here, especially when their actual practices are so questionable. Consumers deserve transparency and ethical behavior, and Growin Estate LLC fails miserably on both counts. If you’ve had similar experiences, I recommend reporting them to the real estate licensing authority and attorney general's office in your state. Don't fall for their false promises.
