Dear Paul, We understand your frustration and concerns, and we would like to provide some clarity regarding your experience with our company. In your initial month of service, we did indeed provide you with two leads, although we acknowledge that they did not meet your expectations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and we take your feedback seriously. Regarding your request for a refund, we understand that you had a conversation with our management team to address this matter. However, it's essential to note that during this process, a chargeback/dispute was initiated by you. We want to clarify that we fully cooperated with the chargeback process and provided all the necessary evidence to support our case. We are pleased to inform you that your bank's decision was in our favor, which means that the disputed funds were not returned to you but remained with our company. Unfortunately, due to the chargeback resolution, we were unable to process the refund as originally intended. Please understand that this was not a decision made by us but rather the result of the chargeback process. We want to emphasize that our aim is to provide our clients with a valuable service, and we take your concerns seriously. While the initial leads may not have met your expectations, we remain committed to improving and providing quality service to our clients. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss your specific situation, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team at +1(786) 633-1912. We are here to assist you and provide any additional information you may need. We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced, and we appreciate your understanding of the situation. Sincerely, Customer Support Team Growin Estate
