I initially rated Grovemade with three stars, believing their website could improve. However, I have since updated my review to five stars because I was pleasantly surprised by their customer support. I encountered issues with my first order, including a lag in order confirmation and shipping/tracking notifications. Fortunately, Grovemade's support team quickly clarified the situation regarding product availability and shipping delays. Their proactive communication and updates instilled confidence in me regarding Grovemade as a whole. As an avid online shopper, I have specific expectations when ordering from e-commerce retailers. I look for easy contact options, order and shipping updates (including a tracking number), straightforward communication, and reliable customer support. I also seek safe and secure payment options, such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay. I always appreciate real-time online chat. Websites should be well-structured and user-friendly. A search option is essential; unfortunately, Grovemade's website lacks this feature. This minor detail is inconvenient and should be addressed. Despite the absence of a search option, Grovemade has won me over with its exceptional customer support. They have exceeded my expectations to the point that I’ve already placed a second order. I look forward to shopping with them in the future.

I received my order, it arrived fast, and was what I was expecting, but it has a minor issue. I ordered the walnut planter pots, but the metal inside the planter didn't correctly align with the wood. It's a minor inconvenience, but for the price I paid I was a little disappointed. I reached out to them over email about the issue, and as I waited for a response, I read these reviews which made me really worried. They responded really fast, and offered to send me a free replacement planter, and had it shipped out right away. They even covered the customs fees for the replacement order. I was stunned at how great their customer service was, especially after reading the reviews. The issue I had inquired about was very minor, but I'm happy to know that they stand by the quality of their products, and do their best to ensure you're satisfied. 5 stars, and definitely recommend Grovemade!

My experience with Grovemade was great. I live in the Netherlands and I had some custom issues. I contacted Grovemade and the service was more than great. They acted on my emails; this gave me a lot of trust! I ordered the pen and i am very satisfied!!

I had an issue with a product ordered - blemish on a leather desk mat , I found customer service excellent, within 48 hours they sent me out a new piece free of charge. Highly Recommended

I'm here to give an update on my customer experience with Grovemade. So, after my initial failure to contact Grovemade about the customs fees I had to pay to UPS, I had cause to have to try and contact them again. The goods I received were damaged. This time I used the "Product Support" dropdown on their support page. I uploaded pictures of the damaged goods and this time my information was submitted! I have now been in communication with their Grovemade Experience Team and I've been very happy with how they have dealt with my problem. Further updates to come once this issue is resolved.
