Unfortunately, my sheets arrived with no cords to plug the sheet into the plug. It didn't come in a box like I'd received prior. Great product but disappointed.

We are in the midst of moving toward boxes actually, and away from bags, but we still have some of both in our inventory. Eventually there will only be boxed sheets going out.
