I had to return the mat because I was not alerted to the fact that, due to my pacemaker, I needed to place a stake in the ground outdoors and run a lengthy wire through a door or window, then upstairs to my room. No way! There should have been a warning to prevent my having to return it.

We completely understand your concern—when using a grounding product with a pacemaker, extra caution is needed, and in some cases, using an outdoor grounding stake is the best approach for safety. In our email exchange, we offered to send the outdoor grounding cord and stake free of charge to help make it work for your setup, but we respect your decision to return the mat.
