I like the platform, that I have control over my investment choices, and that there is constant communication with me about new investment opportunities and updates on my current investments. If I were to provide one piece of constructive criticism, it would be to make the investment activity page more easy to read. I want to know how much money I have invested, and how much I have gained in returns. It's a bit difficult for me to see that.

Very easy and convenient to use the new app and website

I learned one thing in my life is that, if you have spare money then invest for long term. Also not keeping eggs in one basket. I love groundfloor for that.

The company is growing rapidly, is very transparent about the performance of their products (detailed information can be found on their blog), and has been a great platform to use as an investor. Return on investment is never actuate. You can make pennies on a $100 investment after months. Customer service either ignorant or ill-informed.
