Service is great groomers are kewl but every single appointment I make gets cancelled less then 24 hours and then I have to rearrange my schedule to accommodate. Every single time!

Worst place ever - completely butchered my poor Cavapoo's hair on the body, his skin is showing through and then left the hair uneven and long on top!!!! Worst worst job ever and then won't even get a supervisor or owner to speak with me and now not answering the phones. The customer service rep started shouting at me on the phone!! Words can't describe how horrible my experience is, I was in utter shock when I picked up my poor puppy!!! Beware!! I would give negative -100 stars but wasn't able to. Take a look at the photos, his skin is coming through!!!! Its now been several hours and not one person has given me a call back!!

It's very difficult to give a beautiful haircut when the coat is matted. We contacted the customer by phone to discuss in detail.

I am addressing this concern to protect the wellbeing and safety of pets and petowners. I purchased the Gold package and the groomer's initial is CW. This person was wearing metal rings and thoroughly mistreated my cat when bathing her. I gave CW the $40.00 tip before the service started because I explained that the cat is afraid of water and so it was my way of saying to please do a great job. He did the opposite. After he bathed and blowdried her, I told him it's okay to just leave it at this point and that I would contact Groomit for a partial refund (since the full package could not have been done). I distinctly remember saying, "Hey C, quick question- only a few steps were done in the package right?" (With the context that I would then contact Groomit for the difference). Before I even completed my sentence, he yelled at me, twice, "What exactly do you want??" And I felt uncomfortable because he was in my own home. I didn't want to argue I just wanted to confirm what exactly was done so I could get the correct/accurate amount for the refund. Before he walked out the door, he opened the envelope and scoffed at the two $20.00s. I was fooled by the nice design/simplicity of the app. Petowners- Don't allow these strangers into your home. Please refer to a doctor's office or pet store that offers kind service and love that you and your pets deserve

So far I used Groomit twice and the service was great. I have a problem with the app!! You can't leave messages, rate the groomer, or choose the groomer you want. For example, there was a particular groomer that I loved and I was not able to choose her for my next appointment. Another gripe is that you cannot customize your own package. I have a 6month shihtzu...Why would he need an ANAL GLAND EXPANSION!!!! I hope they modify the app and add a feature to customize your own package. For now, I would lose it!!

You actually can review the groomer under my appointments, and also you can just text us your messages, we have 24/7 customer service, also we have contact us button within the menu, here you can request also a specific groomer. In the near future we will make new update, where you can select your groomer if you're a repeating customer. Anal Gland is of course optional, and the groomer will only proceed if necessary. There will be frequently more app updates and features, we just launched some months ago. I would like to offer you a discount if you give us another shot.
