If I could give Penny in Houston, more than 5 stars, I would. My cat was acquired from an 79 year old woman with brain cancer. He is has a lot of long hair. It was a matted mess. He is anxious and a giant, 15 pound chicken. Penny took excellent care of him. She asked permission to shave him if needed. There were no surprise charges. She is a very kind person. She was extremely punctual and professional. The cat whom I expected to be in hiding for hours, is already out. He is running around the house at top speed. He hasn't done that in a long time. He feels so good. I will definitely book with Penny again. The service itself is also really easy to deal with. There was a glitch in the app making it look I initiated a refund. The groomer was on the way. I called the customer service line and got an actual human. She looked into the issue and assured me it was a small glitch in the app. This has been a positive experience.

The groomer was prompt and efficient. He came a day after a bad snowstorm, he didn't ask to reschedule he texted me and said he would be late which was expected because of the blizzard. But he kept me notified of his arrival. He did a great job on both of my dogs.

On time, great with my pets and did a great job. I would highly recommend you and your groomer.
