The grill rescue brush cleans my pellet and gas grills better than any other brush I’ve ever owned. After cooking, just wet the brush and clean the grill grates or griddle while it’s hot and the steam clesnd better than any chemical cleaners. The new grill brush pad works great on grill grates as well. The quality and value of the products as well as the customer service at Grill Rescue are all excellent!! I highly recommend trying them all!!

I placed an order with Grill Rescue (Order # GR1038473) on July 13, 2026. This was during the time that Grill Rescue was advertising everywhere (their website, television, etc) that they would discount the first item by 50% and provide a second item absolutely free (all brushes, gloves, etc). My order consisted of 2 original items-the first was a brush which they sent for 50% off and they provided a second brush for free as advertised. The second original item was a pair of their gloves which they sent for 50% off, but failed to provide a second item for free (certainly NOT as advertised). I used the required discount code “FOX” for both original items. I contacted Grill Rescue customer service in Mid-July questioning why they did not fulfill their advertised commitment. I waited a week for a response. One week later I got an email from them where they apologized for their error and requested photos of the packages and the items actually sent. I provided those photos the same day I got their email, and did not hear back from them for one month on August 18, 2026. In that email, they pretended not to know what my complaint was and merely identified when the incomplete order was delivered. I complained in an email back to them the same day. Now it’s mid-September and I have not heard another single word from Grill Rescue, despite my emailed attempts to get them to respond. Obviously, Grill Rescue has engaged in “bait and switch” advertising and has refused to provide ANY SEMBLANCE of customer service! I think all future customers should be aware that Grill Rescue should not be trusted at all!! It has been more than 2 months now since that horrible experience with Grill Rescue. I think it says volumes that they have not responded to my review here!! Additionally, I have reached out to their customer service group multiple times. Initially they said they wanted to make things right-send more pictures, which I did. Then I heard nothing for over a month! So, I contacted them again reminding them of their last expressed desire to make things right! Now, they had a standard sentence response saying “you got all you deserved”!! Even telling that they were closing the communication and saying not to contact them again!! I told them I had recordings of their spokesmen’s promises on TV and asked if they had even bothered to review those promises. Again the only response I got Was the standard sentence that said “ you got all that you deserved”. Don’t contact us again! I’m convinced the company has ABSOLUTELY NO real people to talk to about complaints and their robots are programmed to deny, deny, deny!! MY MESSAGE TO ALL FUTURE GRILL RESCUE CUSTOMERS REMAINS DON’T GO THERE AND DON’T TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY IN COMMERCIALS OR ON THEIR WEBSITE!

Ordered, messaged multiple times. They finally said it was shipped, but only created an amazon shipping label that eventually expired. Filed dispute with Citi…automated emails from Grill Rescue are so obvious. Just a huge scam. Shame on Fox News for continuing to run their ads.

Like most other reviews on here, I would highly recommend NOT purchasing from this company. My order took over 7 weeks to be delivered and when I received the products the grill scraper broke on my first use. Now customer service (and I use that term very lightly because they are horrible) is saying they don’t have a date for when the replacement will be shipped. I can’t help but believe this company is a total sham. Hard to believe any legitimate company does business this way. Spend your $$$ elsewhere!!!

Ordered insulated bbq gloves from them on July 21 and order immediately confirmed by them. By August 10th no update, no communication. Emailed them pointing out it was grilling season and wanted a delivery date or would have to cancel the order. Another week passed with no answer so I wrote canceling the order and asking for a refund. They answered with a story about the unexpected volume they were dealing with and how they were a new company and said my order would be processed “soon.” I wrote again telling them I had already bought another product, didn’t need the item anymore and again asked to cancel. They didn’t respond to either request to cancel or provide a prospective shipping date. They did respond that one of the items on my order was “backordered” and my order would be shipped as soon as possible. At that point I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. Four days later I got a notice that my order was shipped and would be delivered later that week. The company also said they were unable to cancel an order after it had been shipped. I pointed out I had instructed them three times in the 10 day period BEFORE I was given notice of the order being shipped that I wished to cancel, plus they were contacted by my bank about the dispute before the shipping notice. My bank has upheld the card dispute and I have been refunded the purchase price (Yay, Capital One!). To top it all off, I had paid extra to order two different styles of gloves. When the order arrived, it contained two of the cheaper of the two styles, not what I ordered. Buyer beware, this company has horrible customer service.

Save your money and time! This is the worst company with whom I have ever conducted business. I bought one pair of gloves for a starting point as a gift and had them mailed directly to the recipient. It took almost 5 weeks for them to be mailed. When I contacted them, they said they were working on it. We'll, no kidding. When I said forget it, the birthday was 4 weeks ago and I want my money back, the gloves were mailed but they were never received. I contacted them many times only to email back and forth with a bot. No human is ever available. The bot told me to check my garage. Save yourself the aggravation and buy gloves from Home Depot.

I ordered GrillRescue gloves in June, and now it’s almost September — I still haven’t received anything. I’ve contacted the company more than 10 times, and every reply is an automated message saying my order is “on the way.” No tracking number, no shipment, and no real customer service. They also send daily spam emails promoting more products. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
