As much as I would love to give you a 5 star my order was only a partial and with no response from the first five emails I sent only to be told the USA gloves and out of stock and on back order. I do love my grill rescue I purchased for myself. Your customer service respond time is terrible. I am still waiting for my gloves and you are giving them away.

I would have given them 2.5 if it was possible. The grill brush was a disappointing failure. They offered me to return it but I never got around to it. However, I use a wood bulk charcoal grill. Using a meat thermometer close to those coals is difficult with work gloves. The grill rescue gloves are a resounding success there! That is the product that gives me a 50/50 opinion of their products.
