I signed in with Fox promotion with 1/2 off gloves and get one free. I purchased 3 and did not get the free gloves. I reached out to Customer Service and they just said I didn’t enter it correctly. Great gloves but BS on promotion.

I was thinking i was supporting a fire fighter from the U.S. As soon as I opened the box... MADE IN CHINA! So disappointed

The product itself is mediocre at best. It works ok on lightly soiled grills, but not so well on the baked-on debris. I still use my wire brush to get off the tough, built-up grease. My real gripe with them is their deceptive TV advertising. They imply emergency rooms are overflowing with people who have wire bristles stuck in their throats, and you need to buy this brush for safety reasons. This is laughable and patently false. Save your money and get a good steel brush.

Really like the grill cleaner. However, when i received my order, the dunk tank for the cleaner head was on pre-order. I have emailed the company and also called with no resolution on when I am getting this product. Very disappointed
