Ordering and paying for the product on aug. 20 before it was shipped did have set backs since we didn't receive the product untill Oct. 15. During the first part of the order we did received information about order and delay, however after we did have to request updated info on order and info was fast relayed back. Once shipped it all came together. After recieveing and assembling the napoleon bbq is a will built and cooking product.

If I could give it a zero I would.. Ordered my grill on 9/6. Did not ship till 9/11. Did not get it till 9/26.Shipped from Washington by train to Joliet IL. Train runs days behind and never notified, then it sits In Joliet for days before it's shipped. Again not notified of the delays. I always had to call. I ended up having to get it from the shipping office once it got to Charlotte NC. Worst customer service experience. Only went with them to save on tax. BIG MISTAKE! Should have went with BBQGUYS and paid the taxes. Would have gotten it a lot sooner. Very disappointed.

Poor communication. Said the item was in stock, then when I checked about the shipment, it wasn't in stock for my "local" warehouse. Said the item would ship on a certain date, it didn't. Did not ship the next day. When it did ship Grill Collection didn't inform of the shipment. Maybe it was just me but not very good customer service in responding to my requests for information. The pandemic hasn't affected other companies in their communication so the response is just an excuse.

I ordered a grill that was on sale, only to be notified 3 days later that it was out of stock, and they could get it from a "Partner" warehouse, and if I agreed to pay an additional $150, they would process my order. Seriously? Isn't that the point of a sale, to sell items you have in stock at your warehouse, not someone else's warehouse for an additional charge? This is definitely a "Bait-n-switch". They did cancel my order quickly, but I CANNOT RECOMMEND this site. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
