I ordered a grill liner at the end of March 2021, paid in full for over $900. It is now September and I still do not have the grill liner. I have been given the run around and promised multiple dates of delivery and still nothing. Company does not communicate well and will just give you another date 2 weeks later for the next promised delivery and claim the date is from the warehouse. HORRIBLE

I received my grill going on 3 weeks ago. It was damaged when it arrived, and I’m still waiting for instructions to exchange it. It probably would have been easier just to ask for an exchange because it’s taking so long ever since I reported it as damaged. UPDATE 6/28/2021: Still no grill…

The kettle grill that I ordered arrived with damage to the main base and a damaged lid handle. I called customer service and they instructed me to take a picture of the damage and email it to them. They informed me that I would hear from them within twenty four to forty eight hours. After three days, I called customer service again and inquired on the status of my claim. I was told that they did receive it and were awaiting for a response from the manufacturer. I was told that Anna would get back to me within twenty four to forty eight hours. Several days have passed and I still haven't received anything. I understand that resolving the issue would take several days, but sending me an email letting me know what the status is would have been nice. All I wanted was to be kept informed and not kept in the dark. At this point, I'm out money and stuck with a damaged grill. I'm so disappointed

Liars. Tried to buy an $82 gas grill drip pan, but the shipping was ridiculous. Started getting e-mails from Anna with the customer service team. She finally sent me an e-mail offering free shipping. The code wouldn't work, so I called the store. Turns out that there is no Anna, there is no service team and there was no free shipping. All lies to deceive me. Screw these liars. I only like to buy from honest people.

Part missing and reported with info right away assembling the grill. Very disappointing and customer service drop the ball on this one! It’s been well over 2 weeks and nothing with a part being even ship for replacement not even answers. Ready to return at this point!

Grill Collection one of the worst on line companies i ever dealt with. order 6 bbq items on line on 10.28 zero response on shipping until i called myself and talk to someone 5 days later. at this time customer service told me that 2 of the items were not avaliable. this should have been indicated online when i order. it wasnt. the CS person told me that the items that were available shipped out 3 days ago and i was going to get a tracking number. nevef got one i called on the 6 day and another CS person informed me that it left yesterday again another lie. at this point i dont know who to believe and will wait for my products to show whenever they do
