Ordered a few items and communication from the Grill Collection customer service was second to none. Although some of the items were on back order, we were notified of any changes in expected delivery dates and items were shipped when available. A discontinued item was identified after ordering and a replacement suggested by the customer service team, and given the slight delays this caused the additional cost of the new item was waived! The Grill and the combo access unit ordered were very well packed and delivery was on time and communicated well by the delivery company. The grill collection send out a very detailed list of instructions of what to do before signing for the items, from checking the package for any damage and taking photos if there are, to how to reject if damaged. Thankfully all the items were received in perfect order. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend to anyone looking for a grill or outdoor kitchen setup.

Great experience. Found a grill I wanted and had a question about shipping time. Customer service was responsive, friendly and transparent. My grill arrived in a few weeks despite limited inventory and I love it (I ordered a Napoleon Prestige Pro 600 series). My only piece of constructive feedback is that the website looks sketchy and outdated which gave me pause initially but I had a great experience.

I received the wrong item but they quickly corrected it and sent me the grill ordered. They also sent a replacement on a defective grill light and sent me a $50 gift certificate for my trouble. Rosana, their customer service agent called me several times to make sure everything was made right. This kind of customer service is rare and I will definitely order from them again while singing their praises.

We received our Grill when they said it would be delivered and it was in perfect condition. We absolutely love our Napolean Prestige Pro 825. It was the best price that I found and the no tax and shipping even made a bigger difference in the price. The quality of the entire grill is outstanding. We love cooking on it and everything comes out great.
