Great experience

I just purchased my second board from Green Water Sports and the transaction was as great as the first time. Selection is great, prices are reasonable and shipping is hassle free (even during a pandemic). However, the best thing about Green Water Sports is Julian, who knows his stock thoroughly and is very generous with his time when it comes to support. When I bought my first board from him, I knew what I was looking for, but he still provided essential with respect to the choice. With the second board, I called him and asked for his advice as to which board to buy for my immediate needs. He spent a half hour on the phone going over options, pluses/minus, etc. His judgment and advice were great -- love the new board. Julian is amazingly accessible. When you call, he invariably answers on the 2nd or 3rd ring. I'm sure he has an answering machine, but I've never gotten it. If I buy another board, I won't even shop around -- will just call Green Water Sports. Highly recommended. If you try them, you won't be disappointed.

Everything about my multiple interactions was spectacular! Julian is delightful and terrifically responsive. I love my Red Paddle iSUPs and associated equipment. Definitely buy from Julian I guarantee you'll be impressed.

Obviously with a big dollar purchase, you want to trust the vendor to create a good transaction, from ordering to delivery. Julian and Green Water Sports did exactly that. Easy to order, excellent communication with both phone calls and email support, and on time delivery. A+.
