Duty and HST was significantly higher than expected. Length of time for delivery was also long. After paying an additional $400 in tax and duty, the pump for the paddle board is defective. Get to wait another couple of weeks for a replacement handle. Evidently this is a common problem with the RED Paddle Co pumps. Thanks for the reply, but I think duty was ~$150.00 more than estimated and UPS did not try to deliver two times prior. In fact I waited at home all day on the 14th and 15th, finally calling them on the 18th only to be told there was no reason indicated as to why the delivery was delayed. Finally delivered the evening of the 18th. Was told that "they had just been real busy "

Hi Brenda, Thanks for the feedback. We do our best to make it clear that some shipments will attract duty and import charges and our estimate on duty was only $15 off your amount as stated. Also, and perhaps you weren't aware, UPS had made 2 previous attempts at delivery prior to finally delivering your package on the 3rd try.
