Ordered a mammoth under canopy lighting system with stands and the stands weren’t included in the original shipping package. Cole had already text me before my package arrived checking on everything, and when I told him the stands weren’t shipped he immediately got things moving and a couple short days later I had my stands. He was in communication the whole time. A very different experience from other stores, and I appreciated the follow ups and responsiveness of Alex! Top Notch!

They offered me a $100 coupon if I gave them my email address and my phone number and signed up for texts... Tried to put the $100 coupon on my order and was told the coupon wasn't valid. Pretty lame.

This company is amazing. They notified me when my shipment was delayed and kept in touch throughout the process. My equipment has some issues and they were speedy with a reply and checked in with me frequently to see if they could help me further! They will be my go to company from now on!! I purchased a digital timer from them last month. Unfortunately the first one had a manufacturer defect, but they replaced it immediately after finding out what the issue was. Would definitely recommend them to others.
