It is difficult to correspond .I received your helpful reply. However I think it might be better to hold on to the replacement for a bit longer in case it is needed and the vacuum cleaner fails . I cannot be sure that my husband either knew what happened or actually did anything useful to the electrics when he tried to remove the battery. But it now WORKS ! Marna.

We had a tough time with all the placards that had to be installed and held up the whole process which was very frustrating. But once that was resolved things went smoother and I hope if any of my potential referrals will have a much easier time. I wish I knew in May what I know now because things would have been better but Andrew has made things right with me and I will pass this on to my friends that are interested in solar.
