I have been trying to get GST to fix the monitoring system since November 2018. To date it is not working.

Started this process the middle of December 2018 and as of March 13th 2019 product still has not shipped for installation as of May all issues have been resolved system is installed enough and running and working very well my system is down and has been for 3 weeks waiting for parts customer service is very poor and very slow the estimates I get is 2 + weeks for the parts to ship

Our family invested $20k in a 6.49 kWp solar panel system from Green Solar Technologies in Oct of 2017. We waited 12 months to see how much power and money it would generate. Here is the results from 12 months of use in a South Texas residential location. Solar Panel Production Oct 17 - 0 Nov 17 - 0 Dec 17 - 337 kWH. $40 Jan 18 - 391 kWH. $46.53 Feb 18 - 412 kWH. $49.03 Mar 18 - 420 kWH. $49.98 Apr 18 - 505 kWH. $60.10 May 18 - 814 kWH. $96.87 Jun 18 - 217 kWH. $25.82 Jul 18 - 196 kWH. $23.32 Aug 18 - 236 kWH. $28.08 Sep 18 - 225 kWH. $26.78 Total of 12 months (Oct ‘17 to Sep ‘18) energy savings: $446.51 Green Solar has attempted to help us to get the panels connected so that we can monitor the performance, but they have only been connected to the monitor service for less than 30 days since they were installed in Oct ‘17. They have decent customer service and conduct, but the numbers aren’t what was advertised. This is as of 22 Jan 2019.
