Very friendly and easy to work with. Need to update more the customer. Had to be requesting updates to get updates on status of the install.

For the most part the process went smoothly! We are very happy with the final product! Edwin was wonderful to work with as he was easily available to reach with questions and also helped us understand everything that was going on! ☺️ Only 4 stars because in the beginning there was lack of communication with our first rep (Edwin was assigned our project shortly after)

Great salesperson, and our contact person did a reasonable job in keeping us informed about where we were in the approval process. The installation team was outstanding and even came back to promptly make the adjustments required by the utility company. Other than waiting on the instructions to sign up to monitor my system I have had an excellent experience with Green Solar.

when it came to getting the loan for the solar system Green solar was very helpful, the installation was good as well, installation group was very professional. The unit its self is of good quality As far as the system producing, it was not as it was explained to me. Solar green indicated that our electric bills would be about only 10% of our current bill but in fact it was 50% to 60%. i am not convinced that the unit was sized correctly.

I found the sales persons very helpful, however the person that installed the panels messed up on two of them, thus delaying our getting on solar by about 2 months. Tthen we found out that we have to have a new meter; that the old one does not accomadate the solar panels. We are waitig on that at this time.

Everything went good until they got it installed,then there was a glitch with the electric company something about signs.No communication from them as to what is going on seems to have forgotten me. Now a couple of weeks down the road everything has been worked out and the system is on. Now have to wait and see how it works.

the only problem I have had is trying to get people to understand that I do not live in grape creek, texas.
