J patel, the customer service chat representative from the facebook chat, went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently explained the process of domain name transfers. I'm looking forward to using this company's services for purchase domain name and online business I like the fact that they running a background check on the seller that turn out to be the smarter decision I ever had since the seller didnt pass the verification process

I decided not to use concierge service…
I decided not to use concierge service since its extra fees after trying to do it myself I realized its not that simple as I thought it will be so worked it out with to seller he paid for it will cost me double with wire fees I was so happy I could work it out the right way with the company and the seller do not hesitate to pay the extra fee its worth it.

I was very concerned and under pressure…
I was very concerned and under pressure after all its not that easy to trust people online after talking to jessica I feel comfortable to wire the funds to be honest it was a very simple process but I was able to relax after they transfer the business under my name.
