Fees were higher than I expected
Fees were higher than I expected. Service quality was decent but cost relief would be nice for small transactions.

Service was safe but communication…
Service was safe but communication lagged. I had to chase status updates twice before funds were released.

The safety features are certainly robust, providing a high level of security and peace of mind. While it’s functional, it sometimes feels a bit clunky and not as intuitive as it could be.
