The transaction was initiated and then cancelled by you, the buyer, due to personal financial circumstances, not due to any fault or failure on the part of the seller or Greenlightforsite.com.
Agreed-Upon
Cancellation Fee: As you confirmed during the cancellation process, our policy for transactions cancelled by the buyer states that a 3% cancellation fee of the total escrow amount is deducted from the refund. This fee is clearly outlined in our Terms of Service and is among the lowest in the escrow market.
The Refund Issued: The full amount, minus the agreed-upon 3% fee, was processed and returned to you.
2. Security and Recovery of the Business
While you decided to cancel the transaction, you initially wanted to retain ownership of the purchased business.
