If your phone has "burn in" they consider it "broken." When doing the "survey" there's nothing about "burn in." You'd think they'd accept it for SOMETHING. People out there will buy that stuff. Look elsewhere.

We outline screen burn in as a broken condition variable on our website - I’m sorry we could not accept the phone as “perfect” condition. We simply could not resell it in the condition in which we received it.

I sold a phone to GreenBuyBack and a laptop to a competitor. The laptop reached the competitor at 9:32am yesterday. It's already been processed and my payment is transfering via PayPal. GreenBuyBack received my phone yesterday at 1:29pm but it hasn't even been "received" yet.
