Quick and easy. My item wasn’t listed on their website, I reached out to them to see what kind of offer I can get, they made an offer and I accepted and process was very easy as always. I always enjoy working with them.

Thought I was getting more for my…
Thought I was getting more for my phone. I picked my phone on their website, shipped it & expected $55. Only to get an email saying it was that type but a lesser model & offered me $20 less. Wish that would have been told to me on their website. Kind of disappointing. But that seems to be the kind of practice's that these websites do.

Thanks for the feedback. This is not a common industry practice. You checked out for a completely different model than what was shipped to us. We outlined that in an email to you. That is why we offered a lower price which you accepted. We always give the option to ship items back free of charge if you do not agree with revised pricing. Hope this helps!

It would be nice if Zelle was a payment option since PayPal takes such a big cut of the transfer

NEVER heard of Green Buyback
NEVER heard of Green Buyback. I was disappointed when my merchandise couldn't be purchased due to it being outdated. Otherwise I was treated with RESPECT.
