I have not got paid yet and I don't like it I need my money

The process was easy. The correspondence was quick and helpful. I was originally offered $75.00. After they received the phone I was sent an E-mail within days stating there were 2 discrepancies and they could only offer $17.00. After deciding not to accept the offer the phone was promptly returned to me. After receiving the phone back I was able to get $30.00 for it.

Great service, just disappointed on the offer.

Thought I was getting more for my phone. I picked my phone on their website, shipped it & expected $55. Only to get an email saying it was that type but a lesser model & offered me $20 less. Wish that would have been told to me on their website. Kind of disappointing. But that seems to be the kind of practice's that these websites do.

I have sent the phone in and waiting for the check

Fair payout. Received check on 10/01/16, went to bank and find check dated for 10/3/16. Have to wait to Monday to cash. Believe the check should have been dated for the day it was processed.

Service itself is great and uncomplicated. I sent in my Apple Watch which is in perfect shape and working. It only had a few minor scratches on the glass. They offered around $160 on the website. When they inspected it they said because of the scratches the condition is "broken" and it's only worth $50. They send it back to me without any issues. However, it should be described a bit more clear on the website.
