I have moved with Good Greek 3x now. I just moved and was given a moving window of 8-10 am. The movers arrived by 8:15 am. They moved swiftly. They were personable and took care all of my requests. Highly recommend the team of Ali, Leon, and Anthony.

I recently had a horrendous experience with Good Greek Moving. From the start, there were billing discrepancies - I was charged for 42 wardrobe boxes, but my inventory only listed 12, and many of the boxes weren't even Good Greek-branded. The negligence displayed during the move is unforgivable. Not only were my high-value items, including a TV and concrete tables, inadequately packaged, but they also suffered clear signs of impact damage. The use of moving blankets instead of proper packaging is a testament to their unprofessionalism. To add insult to injury, their offered compensation of $750 falls far short of the $1,800 replacement cost for my damaged items. Despite my reasonable request, they seem uninterested in resolving the matter. Steer clear of this moving company unless you want to deal with broken items and an unresponsive customer service team.

This is long. Be patient. We decided to do construction and needed storage so, as the commercials advertise, Good Greek was the place to call. Billy got us hooked up with getting our things picked up and put in storage . I paid immediately, which is a requirement. I did a great review. Then we needed some other moving done, so I called again, we got it done quickly, and I gave another great review. Also, paid immediately, which was a requirement. We've been paying since February for storage and needed to get our things delivered back to the house. I called and got us scheduled for Sunday, July 30, morning. Oh, I paid immediately, which was a requirement. We got up and were ready for the guys to arrive. At 1140 I called to ask about what time they'd be there. Oh, the guy said, they had to go back to yesterday's house to finish up but would be back to the warehouse to get our things as soon as possible. Ok, I said, that will be about 2 to 3 hours I guess? The guy says yes that's about right. I asked why no one called. He said, oh, sorry. So, 4 hours later, at 330 I called again. Oh, sorry, they can't come because of the truck. The truck, I ask? If there's something wrong with the truck, don't you have like a 140 other trucks they could use since that's an advertisement? No. I ask why am I calling YOU about this? Why didn't someone call me? I said I'd like to talk to a supervisor. She gets on and tells me they can't because of the truck. I am furious by now and all she wants to do is de-escalate and tell me I need to calm down. I want to know why I had to call twice? Why aren't they using another truck? What am I supposed to do with the people helping me that have been waiting for 8 hours? The people here to help me work all week and this is why we decided to do this on Sunday, which was thankfully the opening the employee gave ME. So, now I have to wait a few days and will get to do this by myself. I did my part. I paid up front and did good reviews. The commercials reel us in and then we get fooled just like John Doe moving company down the street. Today is Monday and I've heard nothing. I asked to talk to the manager. Nope. Mr. Good Greek should feel ashamed of this kind of service.

I had a confirmed move appointment 8-9AM. I called at 9:45 and asked "what happened?" They claimed they called me, I have no missed messages, they claimed that the gate called (we live in a gated community). The gate has both my husbands and I'd number! Again no missed calls. They claimed to have waited at the gate for an hour. Checked with guard at gate and he never saw them! Good Greeks was on the list Even the customer service agent on phone claimed he called, no missed message. He says all calls all recorded and he would send me the message. Guess what no message...I asked for a supervisor or manager to call guess what NO CALL....THESE GUYS ARE LIARS! As a customer you fill sign so much paperwork but they have no respect for the customer or customer service! LIARS! LIARS LIARS!

Horrible company to deal with. So dishonest. Don’t believe the tv commercials. I moved from Vegas to Florida. They broke, damaged and destroyed some of my furniture and valuables- they lost 2 extra large boxes and have no idea where they could be. They were suppose to deliver on a Tuesday after waiting all morning I called and they said they weren’t coming. On top of that they added a superhero protection coverage and charged me $199 and told me it doesn’t cover my damaged and lost stuff - but they offered to waive the $500 deductible and pay me 1500 for over 11,000 worth of damages and lost items after 3 months of calling And emailing them and them telling me every time that will Someone will Get back to me by the end of the day or end of the week and never did. What a sham business - and if you take a settlement they make you remove all Your reviews - which is why there are a limited amount of bad reviews. Do not use this company- worst company I have ever dealt with. So dishonest, and unfair and they don’t even care once you pay them. I can’t even get into the details of how horrible they are- just save yourself the frustration and find a reputable moving company.

Good Greek moved us 3 times through 6 years and every move was perfect, Mike Blake assisted us on all of our moves. His crew was professional, polite, efficient. Absolutely worth it!!! Highly recommend!

On 01-31-22 my husband and I requested a quote from Good Greek Moving and Storage for a 3 bedroom home move from Port St Lucie to Jacksonville with 1 month of storage. The friendly Phil DePasquale, Director of Sales, gave us a quote of $15,000.00. Since we hadn't moved in a long time, we had no idea that this was an absolutely exorbitant amount, so we gave a deposit of $100.00. Phil DePasquale told us that the deposit was 100% refundable. After speaking to multiple people and being told that the price was ridiculously expensive, we got quotes from several other moving companies. Needless to say, the cost Good Greek Moving and Storage quoted was definitely over the top. I have contacted Good Greek Moving and Storage multiple times via phone, email and text since 03-02-22 but have not received my refund. I've made a claim with my credit card but want people to know this isn't the best company to deal with even if you see those TV ads!
