I recently used Good Greek Moving & Storage to move my 85-year-old mother from Norfolk, Virginia, to Florida, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The crew spent nearly 10 hours carefully packing 67 boxes, furniture, artwork, and other valuable items. They were professional and courteous, and they took great care to protect everything. The truck left Virginia, and just two days later, everything arrived in Florida. Best of all, nothing was missing or damaged. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The Good Greek team kept me updated throughout the process and regularly checked in to make sure I was satisfied. Mitch, my primary contact, was always available to answer questions and quickly resolve any concerns. His communication and dedication to customer service were exceptional. I did experience an issue with the subcontracted company that transported my mother's car. However, I contacted Ovi at Good Greek, and he stepped in immediately. He took ownership of the situation, kept me informed, and had the issue resolved quickly. That level of customer service reinforced my confidence that Good Greek truly stands behind its customers, even when a subcontractor is involved. Having used other moving companies in the past, I've experienced broken and missing items, so this move was a refreshing change. It is obvious that Good Greek has high standards and hires high-quality, well-trained people. As a retired law enforcement officer myself, I also appreciate that the owner is a fellow retired law enforcement officer who has built a company based on professionalism, accountability, and customer service.
