TO ALL MILITARY AND VETERANS COMMUNITY, " DO NOT ÜSE GOOD GREEK MOVING COMPANY." It was one of the most expensive moving companies I used throughout my military career. The move was for just two bedrooms, a dining table with chairs, a TV, a sofa, and some utensils, and I was charged $3,096.10. The move was from Homestead, FL, to Sunrise, FL, 45 minutes away. They even claim overtime when it was none. WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO PAY THE BILL BEFORE THEY START TAKING THE MERCHANDISE OUT OF THE TRUCK, WITH NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THE ACTUAL COST WAS??? They were great on the outbound from Florida. When our stuff arrived in Texas it had been handled roughly and poorly. No response from the company Worst experience in 13 moves in our opinion

I found this company to be extremely expensive. They charged me $4,000 to move a 1,100-square-foot apartment from Miami to Orlando. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because their office staff was polite and responsive over the phone, and the movers themselves were professional, hardworking, and very courteous. What I found unacceptable is that I was charged time-and-a-half for every hour after the first eight hours, even though the movers themselves do not receive overtime pay. That pricing policy seems very unfair to customers and of course to the employees!

I recently used Good Greek Moving & Storage to move my 85-year-old mother from Norfolk, Virginia, to Florida, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The crew spent nearly 10 hours carefully packing 67 boxes, furniture, artwork, and other valuable items. They were professional and courteous, and they took great care to protect everything. The truck left Virginia, and just two days later, everything arrived in Florida. Best of all, nothing was missing or damaged. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The Good Greek team kept me updated throughout the process and regularly checked in to make sure I was satisfied. Mitch, my primary contact, was always available to answer questions and quickly resolve any concerns. His communication and dedication to customer service were exceptional. I did experience an issue with the subcontracted company that transported my mother's car. However, I contacted Ovi at Good Greek, and he stepped in immediately. He took ownership of the situation, kept me informed, and had the issue resolved quickly. That level of customer service reinforced my confidence that Good Greek truly stands behind its customers, even when a subcontractor is involved. Having used other moving companies in the past, I've experienced broken and missing items, so this move was a refreshing change. It is obvious that Good Greek has high standards and hires high-quality, well-trained people. As a retired law enforcement officer myself, I also appreciate that the owner is a fellow retired law enforcement officer who has built a company based on professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Absolute bait-and-switch. I received an online quote that seemed fair, but everything after that was unacceptable. The crew arrived four hours late with zero communication. Once my belongings were fully loaded, they held my items hostage and demanded double the original quote to complete the delivery. We refused to be extorted and told them we would rather donate the items than reward this behavior. Despite our explicit refusal to authorize the new amount, the company went ahead and illegally processed the doubled charge on my card anyway. This is an unauthorized transaction and a fraudulent business practice. AVOID this company at all costs

BEWARE***do not use this company. Dishonest. Unethical. Not responsive. Ridiculous fees that weren't disclosed upfront. Regretfully, I hired them without reading reviews or researching the company enough. I'm hoping someone sees this before moving forward with Good Greek.

Worst company across the board. There are much better movers that you could hire. These crooks are liars who hide being the fact that the owner was a cop. A crooked cop

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the sales rep., the move coordinator to the two man crew (I'm sorry I can't recall their names), they made what could have been a very stressful time so easy. The crew was amazing. They worked non stop, were neat and extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. They set up and placed all the furniture and not a box or container was missing and not one item damaged or broken. If you are considering a move I strongly suggest you contact The Good Greek, you won't be disappointed. They flawlessly moved us from the west coast of Fla to North Carolina
