Good Therapist, BUT Only 30 Minutes
I liked the speech therapist that I worked with, and I felt that the exercises were relevant for me. But the biggest drawback, and the reason I would not necessarily recommend Great Speech is because the time frame allowed is not long enough. It's only a 30 minute session, and that's not enough time to get anything substantially done. I had another speech therapy that was an hour long. That was more than enough time. My recommendation is that great speech go to 45 minutes to 1 hour sessions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed working with your speech therapist and found the exercises relevant and helpful. We completely understand your preference for a longer session. For clients using insurance, however, session length is often determined by the insurance plan, its coverage guidelines, and reimbursement structure, which are unfortunately outside of Great Speech's control. We would be happy to provide longer sessions when coverage allows. For clients who prefer additional time, we also offer private-pay options, including 45-minute sessions, which are not limited by insurance coverage requirements. We hope you will reconsider your overall experience with Great Speech, particularly given that you were happy with your therapist and the quality of care you received. We truly appreciate your feedback and your recommendation regarding session length. The Great Speech Team
