Great product for a great price. but for the love of God, address the parking/loading issue.

The order was painless and smooth, the one less star us for the delivery which we have a little problem with! It was delivered to us closed to midnight and we cannot say no when they driver called us since we need the materials for our installation crew the next day! The price was very competitive!

The people that I dealt with tried their best to help me the only thing I was disappointed in is them not knowing what products they start I waited 5 to 6 weeks for a product which was stocked and whoever I spoke to was not aware of that which disappointed me but I really appreciate the fact that what they sent me was wrong not to their fault because I was I had ordered the wrong color and they took it back and replace it which I thought Commendable I was still deal with them probably ask a lot more questions to make sure The product I wanted was in stock

They are usually a pretty good service. This last order was missing some of the key components but as soon as I notified them on a Friday afternoon, they had someone jump in the truck in NJ and drop back off to us in Upper Bucks PA so that it was waiting for us on Saturday morning. That’s customer service!

Material and prices were very good. Service people were nice to deal with. Only negative was that there always seemed to be mix ups on some of the materials given to me which, after the initial order, I learned to check in the boxes for what I was supposed to be given.

Delivery was incorrect a couple times, but we eventually got everything sorted out. Kudos to Chris for all his help going back and forth. Deck looks amazing finished! People in store are nice and were great to work with.

Good Pricing and selection.They need some guidance in there yard.

Great support while deciding on product and purchasing. Delivery could have been better. Didn’t find out til the guy showed up that my order was incomplete. Then I had to call back multiple times to find out when my order would be fulfilled. Love the product and the initial support. Delivery could been better.
