Great and courteous support.

Prices are good, I think that you should be able to phone or fax order in, pay with card, for a much quicker pickup. Material could be ready instead of ordering, paying and then waiting sometimes for 30 to 45 minutes to get order. Not really fond of the extra charge for credit card even though we pay with debit or check. Pre order ,pay with card without extra charge and have order pulled and waiting would be awesome .

this was at least the 10th purchase i have made from your company either personally, or business related. in the past there has been some mistakes and both sides have been to blame. this most recent was very disturbing. i am have become very precise when selecting and ordering materials for these railing systems. i sent a material request for a small project via an email. i sent another email the next day with the same information. i received a response but noticed the post sleeve mistake. i requested 3 and only one was included in the price. i called to place the order and the following week the materials arrived. the next day i began installing. when i got to installing the stair rail, i noticed there were no stair rail brackets. bummer. i was almost done. i left a voicemail and then received one stating i never ordered a stair rail kit. ok then. how did that happen??? now for the best part. i made contact, from out of the country, to a young lady there at great railing on 3/2/2020. she explained she was sorry and the stair rail product would be shipped to my personal residence. and wallah. the next day our house sitter confirmed the delivery. when i returned on 3/9, i installed the product. it was a bummer i had to endure these frivolous and annoying little issues. in the end though, great railing stepped up and did produce!

Product is terrific. Service was a little bit disjointed - sometimes good, sometimes suspect, depending on what day/how many people were there.

The people were very helpful and easy to work with. Fortunately I live very close, since I had to back a couple of times for items that were missing from the delivery.

I purchased a deck system from Great Railing and constructed myself. Overall I was very pleased with my experience. They made themselves available to answer all of my questions in a timely manner, and their prices were very competitive. The reason I assigned four instead of five stars is because the kit did not come with necessary hardware (joist hangars, nails, lag bolts, etc.) to construct the deck frame. They did include invisible fasteners for the Trex Decking we purchased, and the railing system had all associated hardware, but I would have been more satisfied if the kit came as a truly complete kit with all of the framing hardware as well. Again, great experience, and I would recommend.
