There were people receiving our calls that seemed very responsive and tried to help throughout the quote process, however the thing that I am reducing my rating for is that on the day we were expecting delivery, we called to see when to expect it, only to be told that the material was not in stock even though it was upon order, and there was no estimate of when it might be available again. This resulted in costing us extra as we ended up having to use an alternative item because it required more product for the job.

I had to call multiple times to get my receipt to use for taxes. This actually happened the last two times I purchased from them. They also forgot to include the privacy u-channel both times I ordered from them

Your product and price were great ... FYI, some or your office people should not be involved with the general public...

Missing material

Prices are great. Delivery guy was late and overloaded. He had to route they everything to find my order. Shorted me one stair rail section. I went to buy another section, A month later, they said was in stock, after I paid, it was 50 minutes before I got it. No one told me anything. When the kid brought it out, he said they had to make it.

Ratter better shipping rates

Ordered trek decking a few months ago. Order was delayed and put job on hold. When trek decking was delivered it was left loose on stones( we had requested to put trek in driveway). When I called about missing pieces the lady was complaining about not having enough workers to check orders and how people just quit. Not good customer service. Work issues should not become the customers problem.

Products are great! Pickup is a nightmare. Delivery would be a nice option, but the cost is bit high and still can be difficult due to missing parts and materials not left properly at customers homes. Most supply companies charge $25-$50 and free over 2k.
