Mgr is a narcist,and can't cut hair. And she's a micro manager and very controlling and likes to humiliate stylists and customers. Don't work there or get your hair cut there, if you care about your image and self esteem. Owner is a narcisticic fool. If he didn't have money he would be nothing. If your child has lice she will humiliate the child as well.

It was easy to book online and I was taken as soon as I arrived; so absolutely no wait time. However, all the positives ended there. I told the stylist that I wanted an overall trim with lots of layers. She proceeded to clip away but I could tell she was having a hard time manoeuvring her comb while clipping. A few times, I thought she would drop the comb. I don’t think she wet my hair enough for her to really see the results of her cutting but I could tell the hair on one side of my head was longer than the other side. She looked and could not recognize it until I grabbed hair from both sides to show; then it was very clear. So she went around checking again and made some cuts. Even after that, it still appeared uneven and I asked her to check again. In the end, I gave her a very small tip for trying but I went home and tried to fix the lopsidedness. Of course, my hair is much shorter than I wanted but it is curly and hides the errors. It is summertime and my hair will grow back but I will never return to Great Clips Winona Crossing!

The hairdresser man woman had pink hair.Ponytail and bangs showed him what I wanted done.Just knead it up a little bit over my left ear.I am now bald the top of my head.He cut it way too short.And when I complained, he apologized, this man needs to lose his hair cutting license this was at the rocksbury mall

Don’t go to great clips hebron!they did a very bad job!!you just don’t cut somebody without any style!!that lady that cut my mom’s hair!!!she need’s to get fired!!!i don’t know how she got that job!!!

Very very bad experience She ( Gaberial) is very rude and even did not do basic things On top of that when I said it’s little bit lengthy she told like you are wasting my time. I felt like too racism. Not kind not good service nothing. Total waste of time. Location Farmington crossroads.

They've almost balded me multiple times

Went here because my regular place, my barber is off for awhile. I was unfortunate to have Andrea cut (hack) my hair. First, she smells like cigarette and cheap perfume. I told her what number clipper to use on the sides and back and stated wanted the top short but long enough to comb. She cut the sides and back with the clipper and then proceeded to cut my hair shorter with scissors. She then barely took any off the top and when I said I would like it a bit shorter, she proceeded to cut it extremely short and uneven. She basically gave me a military recruit haircut when they enter boot camp. One sideburn she cut half inch higher than the other. The top and sides are uneven and not long enough to comb. How she passed any test to get a license is beyond me. I would only recommend going here and letting her cut your hair if you want your head shaved.

I will NEVER in my life go back here they always cut way to much off I asked the lady to cut my hair PAST MY SHOULDERS and she took 7 in off so either these people are stupid or they don’t know what their doing.
