Wrost service ever. Never ever going back. The lady doesn't want to trim the hair shorter, once she applied trimmer level 4 cut. My hair was not done yet, but she would charge me extra for trimming more.

Hello,  I, Gregory got my haircut by Katina at Great Clips Cloud Park Plaza on 08-23-2021 @ 6:50 pm. I left the salon.  My wife was next door getting food. She came to the car looked at my hair and immediately said you have to go back in she totally missed cutting the back of your hair.  She did not box my cut as she was told. She cut the right shorter than the left. I went back in and she was rude to put it mildly. She said well your hair grows that way. True idiot I'm thinking my hair does grow to a point that's why you box it, you should know your job! She then said well you have a bump there yes I do and it's not in the way. She quickly boxed my hair. I use to get my haircut at this location but haven't been in a long time because of the poor service. I can see why this location only has 1 star. I now go to Miller Lane where they are friendly, don't rush and treat you with respect. If Katina worked for me she would be fired! Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device

This company should be located in a third world country! You have absolutely no right to call yourselves Americans! You are just low life thieves. You workers are not qualified to clean the hair from the floor, let alone cut it! You increase the price every month or so. You don't deserve to be in business. @#$%^&*!

The ladies working there were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to my haircut which one completely messed up. She didn't care when I asked her to correct it, only made it much worse! After she trashed my hair she actually wanted payment in full. You'd be better off giving a 4 year old a sawzaw and asking then to cut it! I would give only a quarter star if possible and that would be for the fact they had ac on a very hot day!

Worst haircut in 30 years. My hairdresser retired and I needed an emergency haircut. I told the girl to follow the style I had, just shorter and to taper the back on my neck. She cut it so fast I hardly knew what she was doing and before I could say anything she shaved my sideburns with electric shears and my neck too when I saw the back it was pretty much cut exactly like a man’s cut in back with a two inch strip of white skin showing from where my hair had been for most of my life. It makes me look much older. I am embarrassed to go out. It was at the East Main Street salon in Spartanburg, SC

I took my 2 year old son for a hair cut at the Southfield, MI location and he emerged with what we’re referring to as ‘the world’s worst haircut which somehow gets worse the more you look at it’. The woman hacked at his lovely, straight hair, it’s completely uneven across the front (looks like the guy in Dumb and Dumber) and cut in arbitrary spots across the rest of his head. People genuinely keep asking whether he did it himself or his 4 year old sister did it. I’m continually shocked to say we paid for it! I cut his hair myself a few times during lockdown and it looked way better than the current state; I just can’t comprehend how someone working in a salon could do such a poor job.

First time I got my hair cut at the north Fayette location, i loved it. The girl wore her mask the entire time but others were not. Second time the wait was too long and the online check in kept changing to a higher wait time. It started out saying 51 minutes. I drove for about 20 minutes. When I was close, it said 32 minutes. When I got there, it said 47 minutes. The girl said it would be about 20 minutes. She lied. I didnt get a text until at least 50 minutes later. It didn't matter I canceled on the app before the text but they texted me anyway. I walked out and canceled mainly because the girl that greeted me was not wearing a mask at all. Wear your mask!!!!

I just got screwed at great clips in Alta Vista VA. I went in and got my name added t the wait list and waited over half an hour. No big deal but right as i was next some guy walks in and they said that they had to put him back on the list so he got to be next. Apparently he had checked in on line but didnt show up when it was his turn so they had taken him off of the list because it had been so long since he checked in. you have lost a customer for life and i will be telling everyone about my experience at this Great Clips. I understand the online check in but if you miss your time you shouldnt be able to stroll in whenever you feel like it and go to the top of the list ahead of people in the store waiting.
