This place is crap they cant get anyone that knows how yo cut hair the right length there workers dont listen toyouthey will cut your hair how they want and completely ignore everything you said so make sure the next time you go to great clips to keep this inmind. Because i am gonna be very picky the next time i go in on whos cutting my hair because i am tired of this place ignoreing me cuttin my hair uneven and ignoreing my idea for how i want my hair cut and them doing what they feel i am very very very unhappy $20 dollars for what crap

Not happy at all

I would like to continue to support great clips however I've had 3 bad experiences with them and as in baseball 3 strikes your out. Their online check in is fraudulent, it totally miss leads customers 2 bad experiences with it. The third on was what I assume was manager at the time, did not use the white neck wrap to catch water and completely soak my neck shirt front and back. Man was a total Buffon. Done with bad clips!

Asked for “a little under an inch” cut an inch and a half and said “I took the liberty of cutting a little extra off” and insulted me during the entire cut saying I look uneducated with how I looked. Said “be honest and tell me you don’t look uneducated” never been so insulted by someone who I provided patronage for. Worst cut of my life. After he’d finished cutting it he put some kind of leave in conditioner I presume and it feels like I took a swim in some syrup. I keep adding to this as there’s so much to be said, I’ve been coming here my whole life and never not even once gotten a good cut. 10 YEARS+ NOT A SINGLE GOOD CUT.

The problem is with the app, for the most part the people in the shops are great. When you checkin online you're not checked in. You still have to go in and checkin and wait. What's the purpose of online checkin if you're not checked in? The app is useless.

Went in to Great Clips at Kipling Place, Littleton, CO 80127 for a trim and came out with the worst cut ever. Angela had no idea how to trim a woman's short cut. She used texturizing scissors to hide several blunt cuts that were extra short and obviously a terrible mistake. I told her no texturizing scissors and I pointed out the bad cuts and she kept pushing my hand away. Not only that she hadn't protected my clothing and there was hair everyone on my outfit. it was a mess. I went home hoping it wasn't as bad as I thought but it was worse. I went back next couple of days because of a snow storm and complained to her and asked for my money back. She laughed at me. Do not have Angela cut your hair. BEWARE.

My last visit was not good. My hair was chopped, snipped, uneven, a clobber of hair left uncut in the back of my hair. TERRIBLE. I went to another salon to have it fixed. Didn't even have to say a word. My hair spoke for itself.

i loved the person who did my hair. but let me tell you my hair doesnt feel the same. when i tell you my hair person literally used a WHOLE BOTTLE OF LEAVE IN CONDITIONER. i am not joking. i left with a soaking wet shirt and hair. my hair has an actual LAYER of product to the point i cant even brush my hair. it is not good at all i love the haircut but frick that shot she should have used water
