horrible place managed to somehow asked a bit off the top and have the sides short didnt listen to a thing i said and made my hair so short i cant even stylize it now im left with this haircut for the rest of the month DO NOT COME HERE FOR SPEFIFIC HAIRCUTS APPERANTLY THEY CANT DO THEIR JOB RIGHT

I brought my ten year old brother to get his haircut before school started and they made his hair in the back of his head crooked and not even whatsoever. In the front of his head they started layering it and then cut his bangs super short and it kinda looked like teeth it was jagged. Near his cowlick they didn’t even trim it, they left it sticking up straight. If you are a young male and wanting a nice cut I wouldn’t go here. I had to bring him to a different place to get their mistakes fixed.

I asked for a trim I’m and gave a picture for reference. She ignored the picture and gave me the worst haircut of my life. She did not trim it she cut off most of it. I will never return there. They cannot handle a simple trim.

I took my granddaughter for her school haircut and I had mine cut to the woman that cut my granddaughter hair I don't think she understood her hair. She cut it and then I had mine cut I went home and put e comb through it not even close to right that's what pisses me off no one is asking for style just even

Salon on Ireland rd in south bend IN!!!!!!! Scalpel 2x’s, cut once, this lady will never cut my hair again. Showed her a picture of the style I wanted and explained what happened with the last hair cut my skin and she did it again. My style is not rocket science, she does not care or should go back to school!!!!!

I checked in at 1030 am was told a 45 min wait. I wás ok with that! But u still had people walking in and getting served before me! At 2130: I was told still had 2 more people ahead of me. That I was not ok with me! I think I will just be going somewhere from now on to get my haircut. Cuz the service at gateway plaza in Sumter SC. Really sucks

i made an online appointment at the green hills great clips nashville location to get my hair cut on wednesday at approximate 2:07pm. my computer showed there was a 35 minute wait, so i arrived at the location approximately 2:45pm only to be told by the ONLY hair stylist still left in the building that SHE WAS CLOSING GREAT CLIPS in order to pick up her child at school, that the other hair stylists had already left to pick up their children at school, and that i would have to come back another time!!! the location showed there were more than a dozen names on the list waiting for their appointments, the computer now showed the wait time to be seen was 90 minutes, yet all the customers were kicked out???? i told the stylist that i could not come back later. her response was that "her child is more important than great clips or my hair", and she "had to do what she had to do". i was told to leave in no uncertain terms, because she had to lock up. is this what great clips has degenerated into? employees closing locations in the middle of the day despite appointments? with zero thought or regard to their customers??? no notice whatsoever.......continuing to take appointments knowing customers are driving to the location to be met with closed/locked doors???

Let me start by saying I have been going to Great Clips on Broadway for 8 years, and the same gentleman for 2+ years. When I pay 24.95 ( including a $5 tip) for a less than an inch trim and didn't even get my hair wet, I feel not only ripped off but neglected. I could have gotten a better trim, but also some actual give a sh!t from the local college that would have cost me...what $8 I am generally disappointed. I mean really, that is just bad business. And when I told him he should take off a bit more, he said he did what needed done. So, so disappointed. I will NOT be going back. I have recommended this location to tons of people, and will do so no more. I used to love going in and talking to my stylist, now I'm nothing but a number and the next on the list. Hope the new space is worth it. Goodbye Great Clips. 2200 W Broadway Council Bluffs, IA Sadly, Tammy Gustin
