I went to the Edwardsville location and waited 15 minutes in the store when no one else was even getting cut when they finally acknowledged my existence and I got my haircut, it was the worst one of my life I wish I could show a before and after but you just have to take my word for it. TLDR; I got the WORST HAIRCUT EVER

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A WORSE HAIRCUT IN MY LIFE. THIS PLACE SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS ITS THAT BAD. A LITTLE KID WAS CRYING, AND I WAS ANNOYED, BUT NOW I KNOW WHY HE WAS SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER. ABSOLUTE HELLHOLE.

I had have my worst experience ever today at Great Clips Shadow Creek location in Pearland. The person Avery!!! Was unprofessional and the cut was horrible !!! The communication was even worst by asking if he can do better than what he did!! He goes that that’s the best to my knowledge and can’t do more and thus shows bad conversation attitude!!! I will for sure never recommend this particular location nor such services. And while calling the customer service number, they stated that this location is owned by individual person and not our direct Great Clips!!! So we have next time to ask first are you great clips or frenchies??!!!

horrible hair cut, doesn’t listen to what you ask for, asked for 1 1/2 inch off and they took off 2 1/2off. never going to be returning after this horrible experience. do not take your chances with great clips.

Did not check in online, did not have my cell on me. Two in the business when I got there, they asked if i had checked in online, nope ok they said and I sat down. 30 min later steady line of people all checked in online went before me I left. If this is the only way they do business ill go to the barber faster better cut.

I checked in online, and was ignored upon entering the store. I could see my name on the marquee so I wasn’t concerned. Someone finally asked if I checked in online and I said yes. After several people got their haircut that came in after me, someone told me the person that was going to cut my hair was in the back(I saw a girl go to the back when my name disappeared from the marquee, but she never came back).A couple more people came in and got their haircut, and I just sat there! I finally left, and as I was on my way to my car someone came outside and said they were ready for me!!!! I was at the Springfield Ohio Tuttle Crossing store. Never again will I go to any Great Clips store!

As a customer, I recently purchased Great Clips brand Solutions leave in for children (does nice on 4C hair) HOWEVER, MY EXPERIENCE WITH GREAT CLIPS IN LAKEWOOD CA, HAS BEEN HORRIBLE . I AM A LICENSED STYLIST . I WAS HIRED THERE IN APRIL OF THIS YEAR , AND FIRED THIS YEAR LOL YESTERDAY TO BE EXACT. BECAUSE, I MADE A STAND, AND REFUSE TO BE SILENT ABOUT BEING TREATED UNFAIR. I WAS BEING PAID LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE PER CALIFORNIA LAWS FOR INCORPORATED AREAS I HAD TO PROVIDE MY OWN TOOLS OTHER STYLIST WERE PROVIDED CLIPPERS AND CARRY BOXES . BECAUSE I AM BLACK I WAS UNFAIRLY TREATED . THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED BY ME WAS EXCELLENT! I CATERED AUTHENTICALLY TO ALL ETHNICITIES, AND IM SURE MOST OF THEM WILL SAY HOWEVER BECAUSE I WILL NOT DUMMY DOWN AND ACCEPT THE SHENANIGANS AND BE HUSHED, I HAVE BEEN FALSELY ACCUSED OF REPORTING CASH TIPS INCORRECTLY LOL!! MY CHARACTER. INTEGRITY , AND WHO I AM OUTWEIGH THAT. BUT, TO ALL PEOPLE OF COLOR , BLACK PEOPLE. WE ARE NOT WELCOMED. THERE IS RACISM IN GREAT CLIPS ( LAKEWOOD CA) IT HAS BEEN FREQUENTLY EXUDED TOWARDS ME ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, AND THE DOCUMENTS I HAVE RETAINED WILL PROVE SO ... THERE ARE BLACK PEOPLE WHO PATRONIZE THAT PARTICULAR LOCATION YOUR DOLLARS ARE APPRECIATED. BUT , MY EXPERIENCE WORKING THERE WE ARE NOT. GINA CISNEROS, YOU TRIED TO HUMILIATE ME YESTERDAY AND BE CONDESCENDING IN TERMINATING ME. BUT, THE JOKES ON YOU. AND WE WILL SEE WHOSE SMIRKING WHEN LIGHT IS SHED ON YOUR CHARACTER AND INTEGRITY . IN ADDITION , I WAS THEE BEST STYLIST YOU HAD. ITS A NATURAL GIFT FOR ME FUELED BY LOVE , IN ADDITION TO MY SKILLS, IN WHICH YOU LACK. AS FAR AS GETTING A GOOD CUT IF ANYONE DECIDES TO PATRONIZE.... I said to the lady I won’t a trim 2 inches off she said ok put out 2 fingers on my hair then sneeze in my hair then she started to talk about how college is bad and nobody needs it to much money and nobody needs it then she cut 4 inches off and give me a middle park I will not ever be going back.
