WORST SERVICE and HAIRCUT for the second time. This place needs to hire people who KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR. BARBER/ IDIOT /did not know how to cut hair, Thomas Ave. AZ location. I complained and NO ONE ever got back to me. SHAME on GREAT CLIPS,,,NOT SO GREAT and I will tell as many as possible

Worst hair cut I have ever had. Worst Great Clips on the planet. Person who cut my hair probably didn't have a license. She was unable to follow the structure of my previous cut. Not what I asked for. Wasn't even able to cut the back in a straight line (not what I requested). Asked her to follow the lines of my previous cut. Only needed it tightened up since it had been 2 months. She also spent the entire time telling me that NEXT time(as if) I should sign-in online. What happened to walk-ins welcome?

I am SO sick of going in for a haircut at Great Clips in So. Salem Oregon sitting down in the chair, asking for a SIMPLE layered cut, and having the unqualified stylist of that day say "OK I'm a barber...soooo....." ? Shame on me, for not getting up and walking Out. I mean WHO hires these people?? Why can't they screen their applicants more thoroughly, and make sure they actually know how to cut several different styles?? I mean, evidently a Flippin minion with a pair of scissors could walk in there and get a job!! STOP ripping people off!!!

Not recommended. Did not follow instructions to cut hair.

Went there for years shame it has gone down hill. Horrible people work there..

Never have I had a good experience at Great Clips but after a couple of years I tried again. I went to the location At Miramar outlets in Fort Myers Florida. They would not brush the knot out of my niece's hair . Called it a dreadlock And called us unsanitary. They sent my elderly mother outside to brush her hair where she slipped and fell on the curb busting her face and arm up. When I got there my niece was in tears and my mother had been lifted off the ground by a passerbuyer. When I went inside to confront the hairdresser She had a nasty attitude with me and offered me nothing but a band-aid. Mind you at this point my niece's hair had been brushed out completely. No dreadlocks here just very unprofessional untrained Employees at Great Clips...I Would not send my worst enemy to this establishment.

Got the worst haircut in my lifetime! Got a "bowl" cut at Great Clips in Miramar, FL, despite displaying for the stylist for the entire time, a selfie picture of my hair to be cut in the same length and style that I have been wearing for the past 5 years. She first started by wetting my hair, then cutting too much (~3 ins or more) off at the nape in back, and did not utilize the techniques of first sectioning or partitioning, and the end result was the "bowl" look. I'm so disappointed as I held my cell phone with the picture of my hair length at nape and above ear during the entire time purposely to guide her, but it was in vain. And worst of all, I have to go in hiding until my hair length grows to a decent length to make the "bowl" look less noticeable. Never again!
