Very Satisfied I have used Great Clips for many years I started using them when they were on 48th street and Baseline then I started going to 24th street and Baseline close to my work. Now I am retired and I go to Mill Avenue and Southern close to my home. I can honestly say I have never had a hair cut to complain about, there prices have always been very reasonable I am glad they have kept their prices down

I went to the Lakewood Village North Little Rock , Arkansas location today after suffering a TERRIBLE haircut at the Jacksonville , Arkansas location just about a year ago . I had a hair stylist named Rachel and she did a fantastic job on my haircut today !!!! I was over the moon happy with my haircut and now I can go and get my haircut without fear . I just wanted to give Rachel a five star review and thank her for giving me a great haircut. She gave me not only a great haircut but gave me my confidence back. I have had haircuts at the Hoover AL store on John Hawkins parkway. Patrick does a GREAT job and I want to continue with him. For the last three visits I have had a problem signing up on line. After going through the process I find upon arrival that the salon had no indication that I had signed up. I was then put on the waiting list. One time I waited over an hour while people who did sign up on line came and went before me. Three days ago I went in and changed my password but it still did not work. I have been a customer of the 46th and Nicollet Great Clips for over 20 years and ask for the same stylist (Roma) every time. She gives me the best haircuts that I have ever received in my life. Totally satisfied!! Plus she always asks about my family. Excellent employee!!
