Great Clips Richmond Heights, MO. Scheduled an appointment online. Showed up at my appointment. Told it would be another hour, they had to go on lunch and appointments are just estimates. Came back in 1 hour at new scheduled time and told I was 4th in line, so waited another 40 minutes. I changed this from a 1 to a 3 because the staff was nice once I was helped, but the three is for having to wait an hour and a half after my scheduled appt.

I went to Great Clips and had my hair done and I’m very dissatisfied with the results. SHe used a razor instead of scissors to do the layers and now I’ve got short hair and frizzy. I am not happy with this result at all you know the first time I went it was great. She did my hair perfectly this time she messed up and I’m very dissatisfied with this.

The hairdresser hands were ice cold plus when she complained about something in her eye she said it was probably gunk in my hair I was so embarrassed that she said that out loud😞. Other wise she was nice but I would ask for someone else maybe next time!I might change my mind but for now I will wait and see how I feel about it.🤔

I came in for a shampoo This was my cost preference .. A $10 shampoo turned into $40 I told the hair stylist prior. I couldn't even tip her bc of the amount I paid reluctantly and wished I told her I was displeased before leaving but I didn't want to throw anyone under the bus! I think it would have been nice if she lmk that all the extra added attention to my hair was adding up! My previous experiences were top notch at different locations. Sadly submitted

I came to Great Clips just for a trim. I have quite short hair kind of like a pixie cut, so I figured it wouldn't be much work or money to just get it trimmed. The girl who cut my hair ended up cutting a lot off the bottom and the sides giving it a masculine silhouette which was not what I wanted. I don't think I will be going back here because I was not completely satisfied with my hair and it costed $45..

I am in tears from the bad haircut I just received. I look like Captain Kangaroo. I have gone to this Great Clips location in the Reading Mall, Reading, PA 19606 four previous times and each haircut was perfect. The stylist, Holly, listened carefully to what I wanted and was extremely skilled. She tamed my cowlicks, blended the layers, and left me with an ideal haircut each time. I could just give my short hair a shake and it landed in a lovely style. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Holly at Great Clips. Unfortunately, things change and this location now doesn’t permit customers to request stylists. I can understand the rationale, but the least they could have done was permit a request for a $5-$20 fee. I asked for Holly and was told I couldn’t request her. A nice person did my hair, but her cutting style did not match my needs at all. I came out looking like Captain Kangaroo. I have a line of demarcation above my right ear. The hair sticks out at my ears because it wasn’t blended the way my hair falls. Instead of a feminine short haircut, like I received on my previous visits, I got a masculine cut with Captain Kangaroo sides. I won’t be returning to this Great Clips as long as they keep the new rule of no request. The friendly stylist who did my hair today tried her best, but this 62 year old head of hair has too many nuisances for the average stylist.

I do think that if you find the right person, the haircuts are great. However, the online check in is a joke. You can check in, but if there are walk ins, they are added to the wait list AHEAD of the online people. It really makes no sense to have online check in if you can't reserve your spot.

Quality of cuts depends on your cutter. If you find a good one, hold dearly onto her/him. Price of haircut is very fair.
