I went to Woodhill Centre for haircut today on Tuesday. It’s nice to get seniors discount but the service is not always good. The hairdresser did not introduce herself, she was not friendly at all, very dry. She seemed rushed, not sensitive to client’s concerns. When she was putting the apron around my neck, I said, it’s too tight, she said, otherwise, hair will go to your clothes. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time, very bad experience from today’s haircut on Tuesday, 10th March. I have been going to this place for while, it wasn’t that bad.

I need to find a new place to get a haircut. I've been a Great Clip customer for several years and have learned there is wide variation in talent and experience. You're either going to love it or spend the next few days shopping for hats. Yesterday was a hat shopping day. The nice person.who cut my hair at the Hershey location.needs further training. I asked if she could use scissors and not the clippers on the sides. BIG MISTAKE, The result overall looks like I have the mange. Patchy, uneven areas with wisps sticking out. No transition of layers or blending. Yikes. Just awful. I bought barber clippers today to remove the mistakes and just take it down. Again. Nice person ..horrible stylist

I went and got my haircut there C today and had a young girl cutting my hair that was still in training that jacked my hair up I still have her a good tip but the older ladies who cut there should be helping young people like that not just let them do it I honestly my will never go back

She complained about my hair and proceeded to cut it shorter then what I wanted won’t go here again

Hair stylist did not listen to what I asked for. I asked her to not cut the previously layered portion of the longer sides along the sides of my face so I could still put it in a ponytail and she cut those anyway. I told her I did not like the way she cut the bangs. Then she said "well you're just a (and then she mumbled something)". I asked her to repeat what she said and she would not. I consider this extremely rude. This is the second time I have had a negative experience at this location. Will be going to another (farther away) location next time.

I only have one complaint. People are very friendly. It’s clean, but they never listen to the kind of haircut I want and it’s simple most of the time they cut it so short I don’t even need a comb and I have curly hair and it’s even shorter when it dries, just listen to the customer please
