Convenient and courteous service.

Workers have always been friendly and helpful, though I haven't gone in the lobby in a few years. The credit union has been clear about rules and that's good.

I bought another Santa Fe from Lithia Hyundai. My banks, Chase and BOA could not match or beat GB's rates so I went with GB. Been with them since 2018. So far so good................JC

It doesn't matter who has assisted me weather I walk into the bank or us the drive up window I have always been treated with great customer service and efficiency. Service has always been prompt and accurate as well as friendly. I have always had excellent service.

I like that I’m a member and not just a number. We are full time in our RV traveling around the U.S. and it’s been very easy to conduct my banking business on line and by visiting associate Credit Unions. Jennifer and her employees always make me feel welcome whenever I visit a branch office.

I have been with Great Basin for 35 years and mostly very happy with them. I was a little upset when i open a savings acct. for my grand baby. Was not told i needed to keep $ 300 in there and they were deducting $10 per month out of her acct. so i withdrew the money and brought it to a different bank.
