Great Product Support
Bad handling by one shipper but Graywind made it right and provided excellent support for their product. Everything working beautifully and a big thank you to Ray for all his support!

I love the blinds
I love the blinds. They work great. The only reason for the 4 stats is the setup was a little complicated, but once set up they work great!

Excellent Support, Product, and Cmmunication
The team at Garywind went out of their way to ensure I go t the product I wanted in the size, color, and power that worked best for me. The fabric was backordered, but the company reached out, let me know the timeline, and supported me to come back and get the curtains I wanted once the fabric was back in stock. Great quality product and installation instructions were readily available to support install.

We have 8 graywind blinds
We have 8 graywind blinds , various sizes. All delivered as per our specs, and they all work great. Also ,we are impressed with how long they last between charging. And they look great. We chose colors to match our window trim, gives a modern sophisticated clean look. And they are quiet. Easy to install .

Easy and reliable
Easy to install, works without any problems so far , we've owned them for 7 months. I like that remote that works without wifi. I wish they were a bit quieter but the noise they make is not too loud

Super reliable company & well engineered
Extremely reliable customer service, they discovered my mistake before ordering processed & made the necessary changes, as far as product, very very well engineered & super install friendly & for a very fair price, extremely happy & will recommend to all my friends and family, the days of calling expensive window shade company are over
