The curtains themselves were fine
The curtains themselves were fine. A little frail but ok. The install ion instruction and video are terrible.

Great customer service
We are very grateful that your customer service understood the urgency of our situation to get a replacement motor as soon as possible. Thank you for getting things arranged and sent out. We were able to complete the motor replacement It was fairly easy and straightforward. If I had one thing to ask for improvement on would be making it easier to program the remotes for group or individual motors. H
