I have ordered a product and it has not arrived 3 weeks later. It is now 1 week after the latest date of the delivery period and I have sent several emails to the support regarding the status of my order and have not received any answer. I‘m afraid this might be a scam.

I bought the Grav station in 2023. Works perfectly with the apple watch 2nd generation. But then I got a Apple Watch series 9 41 mm and that does not charge. Very dissapointing, basicslly a useless device now…

Horrible experience.. received product after 30 days and was not even functioning. Sent them messages and emails .. no response No guarantee is available and no refunds.. It’s also bad quality Chinese stuff

I ordered mobile charger which was extremely delayedI was in contact with them and they claimed the shipment was returned since I never picked up the goods. I never received any notification that the goods had arrived, they returned the shipment but again never had any notification that the shipment was on its way. If you want to order through this company expect exceed delivery time. This could be a one off, but I almost gave it on star. But then this morning finally a notification that the shipment had arrived 1,5 month after order date The quality looks ok and as expeted.

Order arrived , it was actually fast, and very cool item and ok package , assistance answered me and it was ok , it took some time to appear online and the tracking wasn’t available for a week but overall good experience and cool items
