nice item works for the most part not impressed with phone charger part of it

Great charger, very pleased with it. Only problem was long delivery with no response from the company, hence dropped one star. Otherwise very happy with the product, and recommended.

I ordered mobile charger which was extremely delayedI was in contact with them and they claimed the shipment was returned since I never picked up the goods. I never received any notification that the goods had arrived, they returned the shipment but again never had any notification that the shipment was on its way. If you want to order through this company expect exceed delivery time. This could be a one off, but I almost gave it on star. But then this morning finally a notification that the shipment had arrived 1,5 month after order date The quality looks ok and as expeted.

Great product, looking fabulous and very functional. Only drawback was the delivery period. Took way longer to arrive than stated when ordered. Never mind. It’s with me now and very happy I am with it.

My first product was defective so Gravgoods quickly offered a replacement or exchange for a new model which I chose and it works very well. Great customer service!

Love the product and design. Decent price point. Shipping was a little long but this was my first experience with this company.
