gravgoods.comReviews of gravgoods.com

Originally they delivered the gold one instead of the black one I ordered, but after I contacted customer support, they immediately sent a return label as well as a replacement. I got the replacement and love it, best Apple Watch case I’ve seen, and I’ve seen a LOT

Great charger for iPhone and AirPods saves a lot of space and very tidy. Great Alarm for waking up in the morning.

Looks nice but where clasp is rubs against skin causing irritation

I purchased this having seen it advertised and it looking great. Upon ordering this item I then had a nightmare with my bank telling me that the payment was due to be collected twice. The shipping wasn’t much better no real notifications received. Once the item was received it didn’t work properly, the motorised phone charger doesn’t work properly. It makes a really bad clicking noise when it goes down, I have written to Gravgoods twice explaining this, I have deliberately waited to write this review to give them chance to reply, no reply from them at all. Very disappointed with the product and the lack of response from them.

It’s a nest design and sits on my night stand and doesn’t interfere with anything else I have there. When the order was placed it was promptly shipped and was at my mail box within a few days.

It took too long to arrive and you did not respond to messages! The product is fine but I will not buy from you again.

Don’t do it Product does not look like what it looks like in the add Tried to return but no response Disputed charge on credit card and received a full credit immediately which tells me there has been issues before

Latch unclasps as soon as you put the watch on. Company did not reply to my email for a return or refund as I live outside the US. Had to go through the PayPal claim path. It’s a shame as the watch band looks good, but doesn’t work.
